Meet deAnn

Hello ~ I'm deAnn, an artist that enjoys many different creative avenues. I love the contemplative nature of photography, especially macro photography. To see everyday things in extraordinary ways invites me into a world I rarely take time to explore. Writing is another favorite creative outlet. I learn more about myself and can see God's presence in my life as I write from my own memories. I feel called to journey beside others who want to deepen their relationship with Jesus through the exploration of their own creative life. I am a wife and mom of a 19 year old son, 16 year old son and a baby girl, who was a grand surprise and blessing to our family.

I'm employed at Living Word Community Church as the Director of Infuse[d] Art @ Living Word, which provides me with many opportunities to care for the heart of the artist, to encourage creativity in the emerging artist, and celebrate their work through art exhibits at the Gallery @ Common Grounds. The Studio is our gathering for visual artist and Pages is our gathering for literary artists.
